The Nature Conservancy (”TNC“), which operates this website, takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to the following sites: http://landfirereview.org (and each sub-domain associated with this URL) and other websites owned and/or operated by or for TNC, including mobile sites (collectively, the "Sites"). By visiting the Sites, you are accepting the policies described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the Sites. TNC may revise this privacy policy from time to time or may assign the ownership of the Sites. We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically. Your continued use of the Sites after changes have been posted or after assignment of ownership will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

What information we collect: TNC may ask for and collect from you personally identifiable information at various points throughout the site. Depending on the information and/or services you request, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, address, phone number, and similar information. Once you provide your personal information, you are not anonymous to TNC.

How we collect information: In addition to the information gathered as described above, there is a technology called ”cookies“ that can be used to provide you with tailored information from a website. Children: This Website is not directed toward children under 13 years of age nor does TNC knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personally identifiable information to TNC.

Electronic addresses: TNC complies with all applicable laws, including Anti-SPAM Legislation, in using your e-mail address and other electronic addresses to the extent such legislation applies.

Your California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, you are entitled by law to request an Information Sharing Disclosure. If you provide notice to the address below, we will provide you with a notice of your right to prevent sharing of your personal information as well as a cost-free means of doing so.
